Adding a profile (avatar) image

Your profile image (also known as an avatar) gives visitors a little hint of who you are and what you’re about.

All beaut-e accounts are provided with a generic avatar, which you can change to an image of your choice within the My account pages.

Before you change this image however, you’ll first need to ensure that the dimensions, file type and file weight meet the following requirements:

  • All profile images must be no bigger than 150px by 150px
  • File weight should not exceed 4096KB
  • Images must be either a PNG, GIF, JPEG or JPG

How do I resize my image to this size?

Image resizing can be done using a number of different software packages from Paint (Windows/PC), to Preview(Mac) and more advanced programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

For those using Photoshop, a template PSD is available for download here: Download beaut-e avatar Photoshop template.
