Adding a Shop Banner

Your shop banner is the perfect place to give a real visual introduction to you, your products and your company.

It’s usually best to include some sort of text or a logo in the banner to give it an identity, but your products may speak for themselves and no not need it.

All beaut-e accounts are provided with a generic shop banner, which you can change to an image of your choice within the My account pages.

Before you change this image however, you’ll first need to ensure that the dimensions, file type and file weight meet the following requirements:

  • All banner images must be exactly 660 pixels wide, 130 pixels high
  • File weight should not exceed 4096KB
  • Images must be either a PNG, GIF, JPEG or JPG

How do I resize my image to the required banner size?

Image resizing can be done using a number of different software packages from Paint (Windows/PC), to Preview(Mac) and more advanced programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

For those using Photoshop, a template PSD is available for download here: Download beaut-e shop banner Photoshop template.

You can also use the following online tools:

  7. If you don’t need to crop your image as it is exactly 660px by 130px please move to step 11. If you need to crop the height of the image, choose the “Select” tool from the top menu and click and drag to highlight the full height and width of your banner image.
  8. In the bottom bar of the paint program, you’ll see some dimensions that will change as you drag the selection tool. Drag the tool until these dimensions read
